Day 1 Shimla to Tangling Village / Yulla Base
  • Pickup from Shimla in the morning.
  • Drive towards Kinnaur region via Narkanda – Rampur – Wangtu.
  • Continue towards Tangling Village, the base village for the Yulla Kanda trek.
  • En route enjoy views of Sutlej River, apple orchards, and Himalayan valleys.
  • Reach base village by evening.
  • Check-in to camp/homestay.
  • Bonfire, dinner, and overnight stay.

Distance: Approx. 220–240 km
Drive Time: 8–10 hours

  • Early morning start for the trek to Yulla Kanda.
  • Trek through alpine meadows, rocky patches, and mountain landscapes.
  • Reach the sacred Yulla Kanda Lake, believed to have the world’s highest Krishna temple.
  • Spend time at the lake, photography, and explore the surroundings.

  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • No Show / Early Departure: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • In case of natural calamities, flight/train cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling assistance will be provided as per availability.

The trip was good and I could see everything because of our driver Hitesh. He is (Read More) so knowledgeable about roads, hotels, markets, weather. I guess this trip would have been incomplete without him.
Stays and food could have been better. I didn't like the Manali stay. It was not (Read More) a premium hotel and food was also not good. Echor backwoods villa at Narkanda stay was exceptional but again food was not good.
