Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at NJP Railway Station in Siliguri/ IXB Airport – Darjeeling
Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport, you will be greeted by our representative.
You will then be transferred to Darjeeling to check in to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 2 Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early morning at 4:00 AM, visit Tiger Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour covering:
Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday)
Tenzing Rock
Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday)
Tea Garden (outer view)
Japanese Temple
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 Rock Garden and Gangamaya Park
After breakfast, visit the Rock Garden, also known as the Barbotey Rock Garden, located 10 km from Darjeeling town.
Later, visit Gangamaya Park, a scenic park nestled in a valley.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4 Departure from Darjeeling to NJP / Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
I liked the stay & transport facilities provided. The hospitality of the hotel staffs were really good at all places. Drivers were also expert and of good friendly nature. Specially I would love to appreciate about our last day. We left the hotel at 4 am. The homestay gladly packed our breakfast so early in the morning. All our family members were really delighted at such services.
Nothing much. the rooms provided for the last night at Mirik were smaller. It would have been better if similar standard is maintained at all places. There are many beautiful places at Mirik. I would have appreciated if we were provided a homestay near such beautiful places. (outskirt). Also it would be better if one driver is maintained for the whole trip. We had 3 different drivers for this 5 ni (Read More)ghts trip. We are lucky that all 3 turned out to be good.
Also there was a last minute issue on our last day when the driver was dropping us off at the airport. Someone called the driver and asked the driver to stop the car as he didn’t get money from agency. Then I had to call the agency and ask them to clear the payment as we had already cleared all the payment on the 1st day. The issue was quickly resolved by the agency but we were in tension for 5-10 minutes. So such incidence should be avoided.

Very nice trip. We visited Darjeeling and Gangtok. Provided nice hotels and vehicles for roaming with local people who have idea. We got help from agent Anuradha who planned our trip very well. Driver (Read More)s Chandra, Safal and Santosh were very good in pointing out places and explaining its basic history. Thank you all for providing great experience.

We had a nice experience overall with the trip. The itinerary covered beautiful places, and everything was well-coordinated. Among all the spots, we liked Darjeeling the most — the view, the vibe, and the climate were just perfect. It was a refreshing break, and we will definitely suggest this trip to our friends and family in the future.
One small suggestion is that the package could have included the charges for Nathula Pass, the ropeway, and the toy train joy ride. These are major attractions, and including them would have made the trip even smoother and more fulfilling.

Excellent service. The only travel agent to understand our veg food needs, arranging an excellent hotel and make daily calls to check if everything in order. Seriously can't get better than this! We are very happy with the arrangements and services.
Hotel and vegetarian restaurant was excellent. Staff were very professional and courteous.
Driver was very good and skillful.
There was issue with hot water supply in the hotel - it wasn't hot in tap and shower. This could have been handled better.

Thanks to Krishna Travels especially Ms.Anuradha. Excellent logistic arrangements (Thanks to Mr. Subash) and accommodation. Swmmit Swiss heritage hotel in Darjeeling is excellent, vegitarian Food was good. Local site seeing locations are remarkable in Gangtok. Due to bad weather we could not visit Nathula pass which was really disappointed. Aurora hotel Room in Gangtok was good but there is no roo (Read More)m heater to avail room heater facility you have to pay extra . Overall it is a memorable trip. Agent were always in contact and also helped in changing date of stay in hotel.
Lachen lachung driver Lakpa Sherpa took 800 cash from me which he said he will return but he didn’t. He also took his brother with us which we had allowed. He also made me pay parking and checkpoint entry fee.

Booked Sikkim and Darjeeling tour in NOV 2024 with the help Krishna travels DMC
Our contact person Anuradha Das set one week long trip including all the must visit places like nathula,Gangtok,pelling (Read More),Darjeeling etc. Taxi services was good with really punctual and courteous drivers who also guided us throughout the tour.

My wife and I booked Sikkim and Darjeeling tour in April 2024 with the help Krishna travels DMC
Our contact person Anuradha Das set us up a great itinerary for a week long trip including all the must (Read More) visit places. Also the taxi services was good with really punctual and courteous drivers who also guided us throughout the tour.
Altogether, it was a great experience for us both using the services of Krishna travels DMC
