Upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, guests are warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel for check-in. After some relaxation, begin a gentle orientation of Vietnam’s charming capital city. Visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake, a symbolic landmark surrounded by colonial architecture and peaceful walking paths, followed by a stroll through the vibrant Old Quarter, famous for its narrow streets, local markets, and street food culture. Continue to the historic Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university dedicated to Confucius and scholars. The evening is free to explore cafes, local handicraft shops, and enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, proceed for a half-day guided city tour covering Hanoi’s most iconic cultural and historical landmarks. Visit the solemn Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the final resting place of Vietnam’s revered leader, followed by the nearby One Pillar Pagoda, a unique wooden structure rising from a lotus-shaped pillar. - Meet and greet at the airport.
- Accommodation as per the itinerary.
- Daily buffet breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.
- All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in a comfortable private vehicle with a professional driver/guide.
- Entry tickets to key monuments and sites mentioned in the itinerary.
- Complimentary travel insurance for a safe and secure journey (conditions apply).
- Airfare or train fare.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips and gratuity, bottled water, and costs for other activities such as rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage, etc.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees for museums and monuments.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered adults.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as pandemics, flight cancellations, landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances (strikes) will have to be paid directly.
- Payment terms: 50% payment for confirmation and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
