Upon arrival in Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam known for its colonial architecture and vibrant street life, guests are warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Later, proceed for a half-day guided city tour covering the city’s most iconic attractions. Visit the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex (outside view), followed by the revered One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university and a symbol of Confucian heritage. Drive through the French Quarter showcasing colonial-era buildings and tree-lined boulevards. Conclude the tour with a relaxing walk around the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake and the bustling Old Quarter, famous for its narrow lanes, street markets, and local cafes. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh, often called “Halong Bay on land” for its dramatic limestone karst landscapes and serene rivers. On arrival, explore Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former political center of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties, visiting historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le. On arrival at the cruise terminal, board a luxury cruise and enjoy a welcome drink followed by a delicious lunch on board while sailing through the bay’s spectacular seascape. - The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as pandemics, flight cancellations, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., will have to be paid directly.
- Payment terms: 50% payment for confirmation and the balance 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
