Upon arrival in Hanoi, the charming capital of Vietnam known for its colonial architecture and vibrant street life, guests are warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Later, proceed for a half-day guided city tour covering the city’s most iconic attractions. Visit the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex (outside view), followed by the revered One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university and a symbol of Confucian heritage. Drive through the French Quarter showcasing colonial-era buildings and tree-lined boulevards. Conclude the tour with a relaxing walk around the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake and the bustling Old Quarter, famous for its narrow lanes, street markets, and local cafes. Overnight stay in Hanoi.
After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh, often called “Halong Bay on land” for its dramatic limestone karst landscapes and serene rivers. On arrival, explore Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the former political center of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties, visiting historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le. Later, enjoy a traditional sampan boat ride through the breathtaking caves and rice paddies of Tam Coc, passing through scenic waterways surrounded by towering limestone formations. The region’s natural beauty and peaceful countryside offer a perfect contrast to the bustling capital. Return to Hanoi by evening for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and drive through the scenic Red River Delta to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay, famous for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands. On arrival at the cruise terminal, board a luxury cruise and enjoy a welcome drink followed by a delicious lunch on board while sailing through the bay’s spectacular seascape. Visit famous attractions such as Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) or enjoy kayaking or bamboo boat rides around floating fishing villages (subject to cruise itinerary). Witness a mesmerizing sunset over the karst formations from the cruise deck. Dinner and overnight stay on board the cruise amidst the tranquil waters of Ha Long Bay.
Wake up early to enjoy the magical sunrise over Ha Long Bay and participate in a refreshing Tai Chi session on the cruise deck. Later, drive back to Hanoi with scenic countryside views en route. - All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in a comfortable private vehicle with a professional driver/guide.
- Entry tickets to key monuments and sites mentioned in the itinerary.
- Complimentary travel insurance for a safe and secure journey (conditions apply).
- Airfare or train fare.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips and gratuity, bottled water, and costs for other activities such as rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage, etc.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees for museums and monuments.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- For package quotes, hotel room categories will be in the base category only unless specified.
- The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as pandemics, flight cancellations, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., will have to be paid directly.
- Payment terms: 50% payment for confirmation and the balance 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
