Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival and Half-Day Hanoi City Tour (SIC)

Upon reaching Hanoi, complete immigration and visa on arrival. Meet our driver and transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Complete the check-in procedure and prepare to explore the capital city of Vietnam.
13:30: Visit the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century.
15:15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum, initially used by French colonists and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War.
16:15 - 16:30: Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi – Halong Bay (SIC)

08:00 - 08:30: Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Tuan Chau Island, Halong City.
Noon: Embark on a cruise ship and enjoy a safety briefing—cruise along scenic landscapes with a delicious Vietnamese lunch.
13:45: Explore the Surprising Cave and enjoy optional kayaking or bamboo boat rides in Luon Cave.
16:30: Return to Tuan Chau Harbor and travel back to Hanoi.
20:00: Arrive at your hotel.

Day 3 Fly to Da Nang – Hoi An Tour (SIC)

Have breakfast at your hotel.
Our driver will take you from the hotel to the airport for a domestic flight to Danang.
Airport transfer two ways.
Upon arrival, you will have free time to relax before exploring Hoi An Town in the afternoon.
15:00: Our guide will meet you at our hotel in Hoi An center and start the Hoi An City Tour.
Firstly, you’ll visit Hoi An Market, which is always bustling. It offers an unmissable shopping experience. This market is full of sights, colors, sounds, and smells. Then, our tour guide will buy entrance tickets (included in the price) and start walking to Hoi An Old Town. Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops.
Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees make offerings. - You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses, such as Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky House, withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers worldwide.
Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.
Enjoy your time on the boat ride and drop off flower lanterns to pray for good luck for you and your family.

Day 4 Day Trip to Ba Na Hills

Embark on the day trip to Ba Na hills
In the center of Vietnam, close to Danang, are the Ba Na Hills, a highland resort. It is renowned for its breathtaking mountain scenery, French colonial architecture, and various sights and entertainment choices. Panorama views of the surrounding hills and shoreline are available from Ba Na Hills, located at more than 1,400 meters above sea level.
One of the main attractions at Ba Na Hills is the Golden Bridge, a pedestrian bridge that spans across two mountain peaks and is held up by giant stone hands. The bridge is a popular spot for photos and offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Visitors can also take a cable car ride to the top of the mountain, which is one of the longest and highest cable car rides in the world
At the top of the mountain are several other attractions to explore, including a French village with European-style buildings, a flower garden, an amusement park, and a wax museum (optional). There are also several restaurants and cafes serving a variety of Vietnamese and international cuisine.
Ba Na Hills is a popular day trip destination from Danang or Hoi An. Visitors can spend several hours exploring the attractions and enjoying the scenic views. They can also stay overnight at one of the resorts or hotels located on the mountain.

Day 5 Fly to Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnel (SIC)

Have breakfast at your hotel.
Our driver will take you from the hotel to the airport for a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Airport transfer two ways.
Upon arrival, you will have free time to relax and get ready to explore the Cu Chi tunnel in the afternoon.
12:45 - Cu Chi Tunnels is a legendary underground system of over 220 km tunnels, a must-see for Vietnamese and foreign travelers interested in the history of the Vietnam War. The tunnels are now a historical structure of Vietnam and are considered a heroic district for the role they played in the resistance to US forces during the Vietnam War.
The tunnels are located approximately 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoy the scenery along the way as we pass the lush, endless rice fields, and the ducks are water buffaloes swimming in the rivers. You might find it hard to imagine that once the area was almost destroyed by bombs and mines from the war when Cu Chi was a “free target zone. “
Once we arrive, you will walk through some of the tunnels, discover the hidden corners, and imagine what life was like for the resistance soldiers. If you like, try to cook with the smokeless stoves used by Vietnamese soldiers to cook during the war. You can even try foods that the soldiers lived on. If you’re feeling brave or curious, you can even try your hand at shooting an AK-47, one of the guns used during the war.
Head back to the city in the afternoon; the tour finishes at 7:00 PM.

Day 6 Day Trip to Mekong Delta (SIC)

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel
8 to 8:30: Board your transfer to My Tho city, after which you will start the one-and-a-half-hour bus ride through the lush green landscapes of the rice paddies.
Later, embark on a boat ride along the Mekong River, as it is the only means of transportation to explore this region.
Watch the fisherman fishing using the fish cages from their unique floating houses on the river.
The boat will then take you through a small canal to one of the two islands in the region, famous for producing local specialties like coconut candy and handicrafts.
You can also visit the bee farms to try the freshly made honey and taste the honey wine. Stop by and listen to Vietnamese traditional music as performed by the villagers (Đàn Ca Tài Tử – A folk art form from Southern Vietnam accredited by UNESCO in 2013 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity). Click some postcard-perfect pictures of the surrounding vistas before heading to a local restaurant for lunch.
Re-energize yourself by having a special Vietnamese lunch prepared by the locals in a natural setting under the shade of the trees. During this tour, you will also visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta.
The rest of the time is spent leisurely, relaxing, and walking around.
Later, start your journey back to the city, where you can spend the evening leisurely.

Cancellation Policy

If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be forced to levy the following cancellation charges.
- Full cancellation of flights and visa.
- If cancelled 45 days before the date of travel, full refund will be given after deducting an admin-fees of INR 25,000/- for international travel and INR 10,000/- for domestic travel
- Nonrefundable hotels / services will not be refunded
- Apartment Cancellation terms will be intimated separately at the time of confirmation of the apartment
- 25% cancellation if cancelled between 45 to 30 Days from the date of travel
- 50% cancellation if cancelled between 30 to 21 Days from the date of travel
- 100% cancellation if cancelled within 21 days from the date of travel
In case of international travel, if the visa is denied only INR. 25,000/- will be charged as administration fees along with the visa fee &remaining will be refunded back to you. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
If airlines tickets are issued, they will be refunded within 30/45 working days as per the cancellation terms. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
