Day 1 Arrival in Varanasi
- Arrive in Varanasi Airport in the afternoon.
- Check into the hotel and relax.
- Kashi is known as the city of Lord Shiva and a center of knowledge.
- In the evening, visit Ganga Ghat to witness the world-famous Ganga Aarti.
- Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
- Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 2 Varanasi Sightseeing
- After breakfast in the morning, start exploring Varanasi.
- Visit the following sites:
- Kal Bhairao Temple
- Sankat Mochan Temple
- Durga Kund
- Tulsi Manas Temple
- Birla Temple
- In the evening, visit the Assi Ghats of Varanasi and attend the Ganga Aarti.
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 3 Varanasi – Ayodhya (220 KMS /4 hrs approx)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Ayodhya.
- Arrive in Ayodhya by the afternoon, check into the hotel, and relax.
- Visit the famous Ram Mandir (popularly known as Ram Janmabhoomi).
- After darshan, return to the hotel for dinner.
- Overnight stay in Ayodhya.
Day 4 Explore Ayodhya Attraction
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out for sightseeing in Ayodhya.
- Shri Hanuman Garhi Mandir: This temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, is shaped like a fortress. Inside, there is a cave where Hanuman is said to have lived to protect Ramkot (Sri Ram's birthplace). Admission is free, but donations are welcome. Prasad is available for purchase outside the temple.
- Kanak Bhawan: Located near Hanuman Garhi in Ramkot, this temple is considered the private palace of Devi Sita and Lord Rama, believed to have been gifted by Kaikeyi after their marriage.
- Nageshwar Nath Temple: Established by Kush, the son of Lord Rama, this temple is located at Ram Ki Paidi. It is open for darshan from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Naya Ghat: A recently built ghat on the Saryu River, offering a clean and well-lit space. Motor boating services are available, making it a great spot to enjoy the sunset and the Saryu Aarti.
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Ayodhya.
Day 5 Ayodhya to Prayagraj (160kms/3hrs approx.)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Prayagraj.
- Arrive in Prayagraj by the afternoon, check into the hotel, and relax.
- In the evening, visit the famous Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati (an invisible river). Boat rides are available.
- After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Prayagraj.
Day 6 Prayagraj Darshan
- After breakfast in the morning, begin the local sightseeing tour of Prayagraj.
- Chandrashekhar Azad Park: Formerly known as Alfred Park, this public park spans 133 acres and is the largest in Prayagraj. The entry fee is INR 5 per person.
- Anand Bhawan Museum: Once the home of India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, this museum showcases memories of Nehru Ji and Gandhi Ji. Entry fees are INR 30 for the ground floor and INR 100 for both floors.
- Akbar Fort: This Mughal architectural marvel was built during Emperor Akbar’s reign in the late 16th century. It houses the Patalpuri Temple and Saraswati Koop.
- After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.
Day 7 Prayagraj Airport Departure
- In the morning, enjoy breakfast.
- Check out from the hotel.
- Drive to Prayagraj Railway Station or Prayagraj Airport.
- Depart with memories of a spiritual and enriching journey.

- If you cannot arrive on time, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. In shared and private transfers, the driver will wait only for 10 minutes.
- The vehicle is booked as per the itinerary only. In case of extra kilometers or rerouting of the itinerary, additional charges will apply.
- Cooking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Heavy penalties will be imposed on passengers who do not follow this rule.
- WiFi is often not available in the rooms and can only be accessed in public areas such as the hotel lobby.
- We will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables or passports at any time, including during the visa process, on tour, or at the airport. In case of passport damage, we shall not be responsible for any consequences.
- Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations will also be part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
- Remember to wear your mask; carrying a sanitizer is recommended.
- Please ensure that all your travel vouchers and flight tickets match your original passport. If there is any mismatch, update it at least one week before the travel date; otherwise, it is not the responsibility of the travel agent.
- Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
- As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian and foreign nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include: passport and visa together, voter ID card, or current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
- Hotels, camps, or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for any ID proof-related issues.
- For extra adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies (especially to food) or serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels and resorts do not have lifts, so please inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
- Generally, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Confirming early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges if not included in the cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or WiFi. The normal package does not include these, so such charges should be paid at the hotels.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis, either as a buffet, fixed menu, or meal credit. Any items not included in the ideal buffet or fixed menu will incur additional charges at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options. Some hotels have a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy. This meal credit amount is determined by hotel management; if bills exceed the given meal credit amount, the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel. Room service for food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
- Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM, and dinner is served from 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM. For timing inquiries, please contact hotel management.
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons, we will do our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that do not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- Air conditioning will not work in all hill areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that may create traffic jams. The normal working hours for the driver are 10 hours. If you require services for more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate.
- The pick-up and drop-off point will be one only. If multiple pickups and drops are required, please mention this in the email conversation before booking.
- If you want to visit a particular place multiple times, kindly mention this in advance, as some locations have very high parking charges.
- The tour destination or route cannot change without prior notice. Amended routes and tour destination rates may change.
- The rates are subject to change depending on fluctuations in diesel or petrol prices in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rates accordingly, even if they were confirmed earlier.
- We reserve the right to provide a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
- At many tourist destinations and hill stations, some roads, shopping markets, or mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all or some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such situations, guests must arrange for another available mode of transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
- Sometimes, the vehicle parking area may be a little far from sightseeing spots. Guests will need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- The vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, or sightseeing not within city limits, please contact the company. Refunds are not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. If you want excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these matters with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, if there are issues with a particular place, we can make adjustments.
- No refund will be provided for short stays or unutilized facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes, or problems with airlines, railways, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any situation that prevents the customer from reaching the destination and is beyond our control.
- The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft of persons or property during the course of the tour.
- If your travel documents (provided by the company) contain errors or do not match your original documents, please update them at least one week before your travel date; otherwise, it is not the company's responsibility under any circumstances.
- All rights are reserved by management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance payment for the service is received from the customer and accepted by the company. The company can change the features or functionality of the services at any time without notice.
- All claims, disputes, and litigation relating to the tours arranged or coordinated by the company shall be construed according to current Indian laws only and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
