Day 1 Delhi - Haridwar

  • Hotel standard accommodation for 11 nights/12 days with complimentary breakfast and dinner (excluding Kedarnath).
  • Kedarnath stay will be on a room-only basis (food will be provided directly).
  • Comfortable vehicle (depending on the number of members) for transfers and sightseeing.
  • Vehicle will be available to guests as per the itinerary only.
  • All tolls, parking, fuel, and driver's food and allowance included.
  • All basic sightseeing included in the Chardham sector.

  • A/C will not work in cars in hilly areas (in the Chardham sector).
  • In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather or landslides, the company will reschedule the itinerary accordingly. However, in such cases, guests must pay for extra expenses, including food, accommodation, car rental for additional days, or anything already booked or arranged by the company.
  • The company is not responsible for any faults, such as electricity or water issues, within the hotel premises. The hotel manager will resolve these problems.
  • After confirming helicopter tickets, the company is not responsible for any discrepancies that occur due to the aviation company, such as cancellations due to bad weather.
  • Extra expenses not included in the planned itinerary will be borne by the client. This includes medical-related issues, additional meals during the journey, or any services not mentioned in the itinerary, as well as hotels other than those booked.
  • Sightseeing that is outside the Chardham Yatra route will incur additional costs.
  • All extras (food and beverage and any other services) availed by the customer will be on a direct payment basis.
  • In the case of odd-numbered groups, the extra person will be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed or mattress.
  • The above rates are applicable only to Indian nationals.
  • In Rishikesh, a green card permit will be obtained from the Uttarakhand government; the time may vary depending on the crowd when taking the permit.
  • Any meals or services not utilized or partially utilized are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation before 30 days of the start date will incur a processing fee equivalent to 15% per person.
  • Cancellations between 20 days and 30 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 25% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations between 15 days and 20 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 50% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date will incur a retention charge of the entire tour cost.
