Note: ₹5000 will be refunded if you don’t get a permit for Nathula Pass. Please read important notes.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the date of arrival, 15% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 30 to 20 days before arrival, 40% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel between 19 to 10 days before arrival, 60% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel between 9 to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel between 2 to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the package cost will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the package cost will be charged.
- No refund is possible in case of cancellation after the tour has started.
- No refund is possible if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, civil or political disturbances, or anything beyond human control. However, in such cases, the company team will fully cooperate to help make alternate arrangements.
