- No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or last-minute changes.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will assist with rescheduling or travel credits instead of refunds, wherever possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 working days after cancellation.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- More than 4 weeks (30+ days): 10% of the package cost
- 3 to 4 weeks (21-29 days): 25% of the package cost
- 2 to 3 weeks (14-20 days): 50% of the package cost
- 1 to 2 weeks (7-13 days): 75% of the package cost
- Less than 7 days or No Show: 100% of the package cost (No refund)
