Day 1 NJP / Bagdogra – Transfer to Gangtok

  • After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to East Sikkim?s iconic highlights:
  • Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft): A glacial lake surrounded by snow-clad mountains, revered by locals.
  • Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir: A sacred shrine dedicated to a brave Indian Army soldier.
  • Optional Excursion: Nathula Pass (12,000 ft) ? Indo-China border at ?4,000 per vehicle (subject to availability and weather conditions).
  • Return to Gangtok by evening.

Our driver-cum-guide Chandan was excellent, friendly, punctual, and guided us throughout the trip. The sightseeing, transportation, and overall experience in Sikkim, Gangtok, and Darjeeling were wonderful.
Hotel selection could be improved, as online ratings are not always reliable and (Read More) may sometimes be misleading. Verifying hotels based on actual recent guest experiences would help ensure a more comfortable stay. Other than that, the trip was well planned and enjoyable.

Hotels were good. Hotel food was good. Drivers for peeling and darjeeling were (Read More) good and helpful. Pick up and drop was in time.
I was charged for india china border visit in sikkim. But that trip was not done (Read More). I told to refund my money but that was not done. Driver Moses saw his own convenience. He waited at his own designated places. Never bothered about us. I am very much disappointed that we could not visit China border inspite of paying for it. I think the driver did not manage properly.
