Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transporters, and other third-party vendors, cancellation fees will apply. These are calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost, based on the notice period provided before the tour start date:
- 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the tour/service cost
- 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour/service cost
- 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour/service cost
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before departure.
Special Note: The company reserves the right to modify its policies at any time, either before the departure date or during the tour.
Note: Confirmed bookings cancelled on arrival or refusal to check-in will be treated as no-show and will incur retention charges as per hotel policy.
High-Season & Peak Period Bookings: For all bookings during the peak season and festive season (December 20th to January 5th), and for any dates specifically indicated as "non-refundable" or "peak" at the time of booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation After Tour Commencement: The company is unable to offer any refunds for any unused portions of the tour (including accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transportation, etc.) once the tour has commenced, for any reason whatsoever. The company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to recover amounts from suppliers, but any refund based on such recovery is not guaranteed and will be processed after deducting all administrative costs.
