Detailed Itinerary
On arrival at Vadodara, guests are received and transferred to the hotel. After check-in and refreshments, proceed for city sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Laxmi Vilas Palace, one of the largest private residences in India, renowned for its Indo-Saracenic architecture and royal grandeur. Continue to the Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery, displaying rare artifacts, sculptures, and paintings from across the world. Later, relax at Sayaji Garden, a beautifully landscaped public garden ideal for leisure walks. Evening is free to explore local markets and savour authentic Gujarati cuisine. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Surat, famously known as the Diamond City of India. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, explore Dutch Garden, known for its colonial tombs and peaceful surroundings. Visit the Surat Castle, built by the Portuguese to protect the city from invasions. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing walk at the vibrant Tapi Riverfront, a popular leisure spot offering scenic sunset views. Overnight stay at Surat.
After breakfast, proceed for Surat city sightseeing. Visit the serene ISKCON Surat, followed by a trip to Dumas Beach, known for its black sand and coastal charm. Later, explore Sarthana Nature Park & Zoo, a favourite attraction for families. In the afternoon, enjoy shopping at Surat’s famous textile and diamond markets, especially around Ring Roadand Chowk Bazaar. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Surat.
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Vadodara. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. The remainder of the day is free for leisure activities, optional shopping, or exploring local cafés. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After an early breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary, located near the Satpura range. Visit the revered Shoolpaneshwar Mahadev Temple, an important pilgrimage site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Continue towards Statue of Unity, Kevadia, the world’s tallest statue, and explore attractions such as the Sardar Patel Museum, Valley of Flowers, and Narmada Dam viewpoint. After sightseeing, return to Vadodara by evening. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on departure schedule, enjoy last-minute shopping or leisure time. Later, transfer to Vadodara Airport or Railway Station for onward journey with wonderful memories of Gujarat’s royal heritage, riverfront cities, and natural attractions.

- Cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment terms: 50% payment for confirmation and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service is within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required by email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
- An ID card (e.g., Aadhar, passport, driving license, election card) is required to be shown at the hotel/airport. A Xerox or true copy will not be considered.
