Detailed Itinerary
On arrival at Vadodara, guests are welcomed and transferred to the hotel. After check-in and refreshments, proceed for city sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Laxmi Vilas Palace, one of the largest private residences in India, known for its grand Indo-Saracenic architecture. Continue to the Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery, showcasing royal artifacts, sculptures, and European paintings. Later, enjoy leisure time at Sayaji Garden, a lush green public garden ideal for relaxation. Evening free to explore local markets and enjoy authentic Gujarati cuisine. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Champaner–Pavagadh Archaeological Park. Explore ancient monuments including the Jami Masjid, historic stepwells, and fort ruins that narrate Gujarat’s medieval history. Ascend Pavagadh Hill (by ropeway or road) to visit the revered Kalika Mata Temple, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. After sightseeing, return to Vadodara by evening. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
Post breakfast, proceed for an excursion to the iconic Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue, located near Kevadia. Visit the Viewing Gallery, Sardar Patel Museum, and enjoy the scenic Valley of Flowers. Optional attractions include the Jungle Safari, Riverfront Cycling, or Laser Light & Sound Show (subject to time and availability). Later, return to Vadodara in the evening. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, proceed on a spiritual excursion to Dakor, one of Gujarat’s most important pilgrimage centers. Visit the famous Ranchhodrai Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna, and experience the devotional atmosphere of this sacred town. Free time to explore local bazaars selling religious souvenirs and sweets. In the afternoon, return to Vadodara. Evening at leisure for shopping or cultural activities. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on departure schedule, enjoy last-minute shopping or optional visits nearby. Later, transfer to Vadodara Airport or Railway Station for onward journey with cherished memories of Gujarat’s royal heritage, spirituality, and iconic landmarks.

- Cancellation Policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment Terms: 50% payment is required for confirmation, and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required via email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
- An ID card (e.g., Aadhar, passport, driving license, election card) is required to be shown at the hotel/airport; a Xerox or true copy will not be accepted.
