Detailed Itinerary
- Upon your arrival at Srinagar International Airport or Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. The drive from the airport takes approximately 35 minutes through the heart of New Srinagar city. You will pass the Abdullah Bridge, which connects the banks of the Jhelum River, winding its way towards the northwestern frontier of Kashmir.
- We will arrive at the houseboat or hotel and check in. Afterward, we will proceed for local sightseeing, which includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens: Cheshma Shahi (Royal Spring), Nishat Garden (Garden of Pleasure), and Shalimar Garden (Abode of Love). These gardens, laid out in the 16th century, are located along the banks of Dal Lake in the heart of Srinagar City.
- We will also visit the Shankaracharya Temple, situated on a hillock, which provides a panoramic view of the entire city, including the famous Dal Lake and River Jhelum, as well as Asia?s largest Tulip Garden. En route, we will stop at a handloom center renowned for the production of Pashmina and Shahtoos shawls, as well as world-famous carpets.
- Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
- After breakfast, we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonamarg.
- The route to Sonamarg features a picturesque countryside drive, showcasing rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams, and blooming rice fields.
- We will pass through the town of Kangan, which caters to the local needs of the region.
- From Kangan, we will drive towards Mammar, known for its trout farm, before continuing to Sonamarg.
- We will stop at the tourist spot of Gagangir, located in the middle of the Sindh River, resembling an island with snow glaciers in various spots.
- In Sonamarg, we will have the option to take a 3-hour walk or horseback ride/local Union cab to the Thajwas Glacier.
- After our return, we will visit the small town market for snacks or observe the local people going about their daily routines.
- In the evening, we will drive back to Srinagar and transfer to the hotel for our overnight stay.
- After breakfast in the morning, we will begin our countryside day trip to Gulmarg.
- Gulmarg is located at 2,440 meters above sea level and is one of the most beautiful hill stations, also known as the "Meadows of Flowers."
- The drive past colorful villages and rice fields provides insight into the rich cultural history of Kashmir.
- We will arrive at the small picturesque market town of Tangmarg and continue on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg.
- Gulmarg features one of the best ski slopes in the world and the highest golf course with 18 holes.
- We will arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow to familiarize ourselves with its beauty.
- In Gulmarg, we will have the option to board the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range.
- The 8-minute ropeway ride will take you past colorful shepherds to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak.
- From this vantage point, you can take numerous photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of the Kashmir valley.
- In the evening, we will drive back to the Srinagar hotel for an overnight stay and meals.
- Leave after breakfast and proceed to Pahalgam.
- Drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, where you can visit the famous saffron fields, Awantipora Ruins, and the village of Bijbehara, known as the breadbasket of Kashmir.
- Switch from National Highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through Anantnag, the second largest city in the region.
- After Anantnag, visit the apple gardens and enjoy fresh apple juice.
- Pahalgam is a picturesque valley located approximately 97 kilometers south of Kashmir.
- Known as Pahalgam (meaning "The Shepherds Village"), the valley is renowned worldwide for its exotic forests, beautiful water streams, and imposing snow peaks.
- Arrive in Pahalgam and check into the hotel.
- After check-in, proceed to Pahalgam sightseeing, including:
- Horse riding trip to Baisaran Valley (Mini Switzerland)

- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity; however, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements that may come into effect prior to departure.

- Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay free with parents without an extra bed.
- Children between 6 and 11 years may request an extra bed. Extra beds for children are available at an additional cost.
- Children aged 12 and above will be considered adults.
- Date of booking to 31 days before travel: Cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 16 days before travel: Cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- 15 to 8 days before travel: Cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
- 0 to 7 days before travel: Cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.
