- 4. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon arrival as agreed. A receipt will be provided. The tour may be stopped immediately if payment fails.
- 5. Personal Belongings: The company is not liable for any loss or damage to travelers' belongings during the trip.
- 6. Unforeseen Incidents: The company is not liable for any unfortunate incidents occurring during the trip.
- 7. Documents: Travelers must carry proper documents to avoid any issues.
- 8. Payment Method: Cash payment as agreed. Bank transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the traveler.
- 9. Price Changes: Prices may change minimally due to fuel price hikes or other unavoidable reasons.
- 10. Extra Costs: Any additional costs from unforeseen extended stays must be covered by the traveler.
- Non-refundable for advances paid for cancellations made less than 45 days before the travel date.
