Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi - Shimla
After being picked up from Delhi Airport/Railway Station, begin your beautiful Himachal journey with a drive to Shimla. Once you arrive, check in to the pre-booked hotel and relax. Shimla, often called the Queen of Hills, is known for its picturesque landscapes and colonial charm that dates back to the British era. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Kufri (22 km from Shimla), an all-season destination famous for its snow adventures in winter and blooming meadows in summer. Visit the Himalayan Wildlife Zoo and Kufri Fun Park (entry & activities at your own cost). Return to Shimla and explore the city: Indian Institute of Advanced Study, The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety Theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park, and Christ Church. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali. En route, enjoy the scenic views of Sundar Nagar Lake and Pandoh Dam, followed by a visit to Vaishno Devi Temple. Near Kullu, visit Pashmina Shawl showrooms and experience white water river rafting (at your own cost). Upon arrival in Manali, check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Note: River rafting and paragliding are subject to weather conditions and at your own cost.
Begin your day with local sightseeing in Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple and Ghatotkacha Temple, dedicated to the legendary mother-son duo. Enjoy recreational activities at the Clubhouse, including skating, zipline, and more. Later, relax in the healing Vashisht Hot Springs, followed by a visit to the nearby temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Ram. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Solang Valley, a hotspot for adventure lovers offering paragliding, zorbing, ATV rides, horse riding, and more (activities at your own cost).
Winter Note: During heavy snowfall, access may be limited to the barrier point. 4x4 Jeep charges will be extra.
  • Option 1: Visit Rohtang Pass – Subject to permit availability and local/NGT permissions. Extra cost applicable.
  • Option 2: Drive through the Atal Tunnel, one of the world’s highest tunnels, and visit Lahaul Valley. Stop at the North Portal for photography. Extra charges apply.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Important: Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesdays and during heavy snowfall. Sightseeing is subject to permit availability and weather conditions.Adventure activities are at your own risk and cost.
After breakfast, check out and head to Dharamshala. En route, stop at Hanogi Mata Temple and revisit Vaishno Devi Temple. Experience river rafting and paragliding in Kullu if you missed it earlier (own cost). On arrival in Dharamshala, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
After breakfast, explore Mcleodganj and the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. Visit Namgyal Gompa, Tibet Museum, and nearby cafés. Then, visit Bhagsu Nag Temple and Waterfall, St. John’s Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium, and shop at the local market. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Dalhousie. On arrival, check into the hotel and proceed for sightseeing, including Panchpula Waterfall and churches like St. John’s, St. Francis, and St. Patrick’s. Explore Subhash Chowk and shop at the Tibetan Market. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, take a day trip to Khajjiar (22 km), famously known as the Mini Switzerland of India. Enjoy the stunning beauty of Khajjiar Lake and surrounding meadows. Spend time admiring nature or exploring the pine forests. Later, return to Dalhousie for an overnight stay.
Winter Note: In winter, Khajjiar is subject to road conditions and government regulations. If only reachable via Chamba, additional charges apply on the spot.
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Delhi Airport/Railway Station for your journey home, carrying unforgettable memories of the hills.
