We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay.
As per our quotation, we booked a Deluxe Room at Hotel Spring Wood (Mussoorie) and a Luxury Cottage at M J River Resort (Rishikesh). According to the hotel logs, the correct categories were provided. We regret to hear about the cleanliness issue regarding the cockroaches and the smell; had this been brought to our attention during our daily check-ins, we would have immediately had the hotel staff resolve it or change your room on day one. We have strictly taken this up with both hotel managements. We also hoped you enjoyed the complimentary candle-light dinner and cake we arranged for you.
Regarding the airport drop-off, our records show that due to a delayed checkout, there was a heavy traffic rush, and you were at risk of missing your flight. To save time and avoid long queues at the CNG station, the driver switched to petrol with your consent to ensure you reached the airport on time. The request for the petrol amount was solely due to this last-minute emergency adjustment to save your flight.
We wish these issues had been brought to our attention while you were on the trip so we could have resolved them instantly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the driver and thank you again for your constructive feedback.

To clarify the situation, we provided the exact rooms committed in your quotation—the Deluxe Room with Balcony at Ekava Ganga (Rishikesh) and the Premium Room with Valley View at Nathuli Manor (Mussoorie). When you expressed dissatisfaction with the initial room in Rishikesh, Mr. Akash proactively upgraded you to a Super Deluxe Room with Balcony without any extra charges to ensure your comfort.
However, when a similar complimentary upgrade was requested at the Mussoorie property, it wasn't feasible due to hotel availability and policies. We regret that we couldn't accommodate this second upgrade, which unfortunately led to this misunderstanding.

We already informed you Sir we can't confirm trip or provide cab without 20% advance and you did it at 2 hours before pickup. So we already informed you to ca (Read More)b will take up to 2 and half hours to reach at your destination point. But due to some issues cab reached there one hour delay approx. So we some sightseeing points was missed 1st day but as per our promises we did that at 2nd and 3rd day.

Providing clean, comfortable, and value-for-money accommodations is our top priority, and what you described regarding the bathroom condition at DLS Classio is completely unacceptable by our standards. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort this caused your family.
Please be assured that we have taken this up very strongly with the hotel management team for a strict audit. Had this issue been brought to our attention during our daily check-ins while you were on tour, we would have immediately coordinated with the property to change your rooms or arrange an alternate option on day one.
