I’m extremely disappointed with the travel agency. They didnt deliver what was promised. Most disappointing experience was for MOF and Abu Dhabi Palace.They charged us 28000 Rs for Museum of future t (Read More)ickets and transfers. The excursion was just across our hotel and 5 mins away from our hotel. When we reached there, they didn’t allow us entry as 2 tickets were EXPIRED!!! When we tried to contact Sanya she said they didnt know about the entry rule and they cant do anything about this now. So we asked for a refund to which she DENIED. They also charged us extra money on excursions tickets for Abu Dhabi Palace and other transfers on the trip.
Overall highly mismanaged agency with zero accountability for mistakes. It is a humble request to Sanya n team to learn to accept negative feedback and be accountable for your business. We book agencies for vacations to have a hassle free trip not to WASTE TIME and MONEY on vacation. Your customers time on vacation is as important as MONEY for your business.
