Detailed Itinerary
- Pickup: From Gorakhpur Railway Station or Airport, drive to Lumbini, Nepal.
- En-Route Visit: Gorakhnath Temple, a famous temple dedicated to Guru Gorakhnath.
- Travel to Kushinagar in Lumbini
- Kushinagar: An important Buddhist pilgrimage site where Gautama Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana (final enlightenment).
- Overnight Stay: Lumbini
- Drive: Visit Chitwan National Park after exploring Lumbini.
- Arrive in Chitwan: Late afternoon; rest and optional activities (time permitting).
- Optional Activities: Jungle safari, canoe ride, bird watching, and evening Tharu cultural performance (self-pay for all safari activities).
- Overnight Stay: Chitwan.
- Safari Options include an elephant safari, a Jeep safari, nature walks, and exploring the park's rich wildlife, including Bengal tigers, rhinos, and elephants (activities are self-pay).
- Drive to Pokhara: Approx. 180 km / 6-7 hrs, through scenic hilly terrain and river valleys.
