Day 1 Arrival
  • Arrival and Transfer: Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
  • Rest and Acclimatization: After checking in, rest and acclimate to the high altitude of Leh.
  • Evening Exploration: In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll along Leh Mall Road. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
  • Breakfast: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
  • Sightseeing Tour: After breakfast, drive to explore Leh's attractions. Visit Spituk Monastery, the Magnetic Hill, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers near Nimoo. Continue to Pather Sahib, an important Sikh pilgrimage site, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Palace.
  • Evening Leisure: Return to Leh in the evening. If time permits, explore the local market and shop for souvenirs. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
  • Breakfast: Have an early breakfast at the hotel.
  • Drive to Nubra Valley: Check out from the hotel and drive to Nubra Valley, crossing Khardungla Pass, the highest motorable road in the world (18,380 ft).
  • Explore Nubra Valley: Upon arrival, explore Diskit and Hunder Villages. Experience a camel safari on double-hump camels in the sand dunes. Nubra Valley, known for its cold desert landscape, is also strategically important for the Indian army.
  • Overnight Stay: Spend the night in a hotel or camp at Diskit or Hunder. Overnight stay at Nubra Hotel/Camp.
  • Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation.
  • Day Trip to Turtuk: Drive to Turtuk, the northernmost village in India. Explore this picturesque village, which was under Pakistan's control until 1971 and is now a strategic location for India.
  • Return to Nubra: In the evening, return to your hotel or camp in Nubra. Overnight stay at Nubra Hotel/Camp.
  • Breakfast: Have breakfast before departing for Pangong Lake.
  • Drive to Pangong Tso: Travel to Pangong Lake via Siyok Village, reaching the banks of the lake and admiring its stunning beauty. Pangong Lake is renowned for its color-changing waters and is situated at an altitude of 4,270 meters.
  • Overnight Stay: Spend the night at Pangong Lake, enjoying its serene environment.
  • Breakfast: After breakfast, prepare to return to Leh.
  • Return Journey: Drive back to Leh via Changla Pass, one of the highest motorable passes.
  • Evening Leisure: Upon arrival in Leh, check into your hotel and spend the evening leisurely. If you wish, explore Leh Market and visit local cafes. Overnight stay at Leh Hotel.
  • Breakfast: Enjoy your final breakfast in Leh.
  • Transfer to Airport: Check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your departure. Cherish the memorable experiences of your trip as you leave.

  • Mobile Network: Only postpaid networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region.
  • Breakfast availability at the hotel on the last day depends on your departure timings.
  • It is recommended to carry enough warm clothing and appropriate footwear for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 liters, as you may need to carry your luggage to the backup vehicle, accommodation, etc.
  • Rates may fluctuate with any changes in services or hotels. Any cost difference due to amendments in the package, such as an increase in the number of guests or hotel changes, shall be borne by the client.
  • Hotels are subject to availability. If they are not available, travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
  • Poise Travel and Tourism reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any disturbances (e.g., weather conditions, political conditions, or others) without changing the total number of days or compromising any services.
  • Ladakh has one of the most difficult terrains in the country, and the weather is harsh and unpredictable. The hotels and their facilities in Ladakh cannot be compared to equivalent hotels in other parts of the country. They are more basic in nature, but the warmth of the Ladakhi people compensates for the lack of star ratings.
  • Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • The company is committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfying travel experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to changes in travel plans. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and transparent, ensuring that you are informed about the terms and conditions associated with cancellations and refunds.
1. General Cancellation Policy
    • Booking Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are subject to approval, and the applicable refund amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the type of booking.
    •  Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
    •  Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, including promotional offers, last-minute deals, or specific non-refundable services, are not eligible for any refund.
2. Cancellation Charges
    • Air Tickets: Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not receive any refund for flights.
    • Tour Packages:
      • From the date of booking to 30 days before travel, the cancellation charges will be 30% of the total tour cost.
      • 30 to 20 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
      • 20 to 10 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
      • 10 to 0 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given.
      Please note: Cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the hotel and transportation policy. In peak season (e.g., long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.), most hotels charge 100% cancellation fees.
3. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
    • Definition: Poise Travel and Tourism will not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
    • Policy: In such cases, we will strive to offer rescheduling or alternative options. Refunds may not be possible if suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) do not provide compensation.
4. Amendment Policy
    • Amendments by Customer: Any changes to the booking, including travel dates, destinations, or services, will be subject to availability and additional charges. Amendment requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our customer support team.
    • Amendments by Poise Travel and Tourism: If amendments are necessary due to operational reasons, we will inform customers promptly and provide suitable alternatives.
5. Special Cases
    • Visa Denial: In cases where a visa application is denied, standard cancellation policies will apply. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are met.
    • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided if the customer fails to appear for the scheduled trip or activity.
6. Refund Exclusions
    • Non-Inclusive Services: Refunds will not include the cost of services not booked through Poise Travel and Tourism, such as meals, local transportation, or personal expenses.
    • Partial Use of Services: Refunds are not applicable for partially used services, such as unused nights in a hotel or missed tours.
7. Customer Responsibilities
    • Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. Errors in names, dates, or other details may lead to additional charges for corrections.
    • Adherence to Policies: Customers must adhere to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) as applicable.
8. Policy Updates
  • Poise Travel and Tourism reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Acknowledgment
  • By booking with Poise Travel and Tourism, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What's Not Good: Everything was good as per planned. Some of Kashmir hotels are giving couple rooms even we booked Two family rooms.. That was little disappointing.

Trip to Vaishno Devi

From July 1st to 10th we are on Amarnath and Vaishnavi Devi yatra. We have wonderful experience with our Travel agent Poise travels. Though we have changed our plan twice or thrice they have planned (Read More) our trip very well. After completing our Amarnath darshan we went to Vaishno Devi and they have arranged excellent hotels and good travel arrangements. All the hotels they have provided are excellent neat and they have served good food. We have faced some problems due to land slide on the Srinagar to Jammu highway. They have guided us time to time and they are extended all the support. We were very happy and suggest our friends and relatives to plan their trips with this travel agency.

The arrangement of the hotel was bad, the arrangement of the hotel was also done in a very bad way, there was no proper arrangement of heater and it seemed very useless, our experience was very useles (Read More)s, the arrangement was not according to what was said in the message.
