The only feedback I have is regarding the mobile number on my ticket. It was dif (Read More)ferent from my actual number and had only 9 digits. I had a power bank in my luggage, and at the airport, the security team was trying to contact me to unlock my bag so they could remove and destroy it. However, they were calling the wrong number. Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called while I was boarding. We then opened my bag over a video call so they could locate and remove the power bank. That moment was quite stressful and caused a lot of panic, especially since we had only 15 minutes left for boarding.
