• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to hotel availability and confirmation of the vehicle at the time of reservation.
• Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to confirm the tour package. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
• Hotel Check-in & Check-out: Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Hotel Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in the selected hotel category as mentioned in the confirmed package. In case of unavailability, an alternative property of a similar category may be offered, subject to availability and guest approval.
• Meal Plan: Meals will be provided strictly as per the confirmed package and hotel meal plan. Any additional meals, snacks, or beverages will be chargeable separately.
• Transportation: The vehicle will be provided as per the confirmed package and itinerary. Vehicle usage beyond the agreed route, sightseeing schedule, or permitted duty hours may attract additional charges.
• Sightseeing: Sightseeing will be covered as per the itinerary, subject to traffic conditions, weather, opening hours, local regulations, and accessibility of tourist attractions.
• Hill Station Travel: Travel to Mussoorie and Dhanaulti is subject to road conditions and weather. Local traffic restrictions may require guests to use designated parking areas or walk to certain attractions.
• Entry Tickets & Activities: Entry fees, ropeway tickets, adventure activities, boating, and other optional experiences are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
• Guest Responsibilities: Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification and follow hotel rules, local regulations, and instructions issued by the driver or relevant authorities.
• Additional Expenses: Any expenses arising from personal requests, additional sightseeing, extended vehicle usage, room upgrades, or services not included in the confirmed package will be charged extra.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation requests and refunds will be governed by the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking and the applicable terms of the respective service providers.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Company  shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by landslides, roadblocks, extreme weather, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Assistance with alternative arrangements will be provided wherever feasible, subject to availability and additional costs.
• Package Validity: The quoted package price is valid for the specified travel dates, number of guests, hotel category, and services mentioned in the quotation. Any change in these details may result in a revised package price.
• Final Confirmation: Any special requests, additional services, or modifications must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

NOTE - The costing is calculated based on 06 passengers.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy of the respective hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
• The advance payment may be non-refundable, depending on the hotel and service-provider booking terms.
• In case of cancellation 15 days or more before the arrival date, applicable supplier cancellation charges will be deducted from the amount paid.
• In case of cancellation 7–14 days before the arrival date, cancellation charges may range from 50% to 75% of the total package cost, subject to supplier policies.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the package may be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
• No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or any services not availed by the guests after commencement of the tour.
• In case of a no-show or cancellation without prior notice, the booking may be treated as fully non-refundable.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
• The final cancellation charges will be governed by the confirmed booking terms and the applicable supplier policies communicated at the time of booking.
