- A Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room per night will be levied for all foreign tourists staying at hotels across Malaysia, as per the Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017. The tourism tax amount is not included in the room rate and will be collected directly from guests at check-in.
- -LANGKAWI- With reference to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government of Langkawi, hotel guests are subject to Tourism Fees of RM 5.00 - RM 10.00 nett per room per night for stays as determined and imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in.
- -PENANG- The Municipal Council of Penang Island will impose a RM 2.00 - RM 3.00 nett per room per night fee payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.
- -PAHANG- Pahang state will impose a state tax of RM 3.00 nett per room per night fee payable directly to the hotel upon check-in.
- SIC transfers are not applicable from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Only private vehicles will be applicable with a midnight surcharge.
- Petronas Twin Towers have received an upward revision in ticket costs. Rates will vary for weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday to Sunday). There will also be cost differences between morning and night slots.
- Tickets for Petronas Twin Towers are subject to availability at the time of issuance.
- There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for travelers arriving in Malaysia, regardless of vaccination status or traveler profile.
