- 30 Days Or More Before Arrival: Full refund of the booking amount, after deducting ₹1,000 as service charges.
- 15–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be applicable.
- No-Show: No refund will be provided if the guest fails to arrive or cancels after the trip has commenced.
- Hotel And Transport Bookings: Any non-refundable hotel, houseboat, transport or activity charges will be deducted from the refund, as applicable.
- Weather And Road Conditions: In case of heavy snowfall, road closures or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified for safety. Non-refundable expenses already incurred will not be refunded.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
