- Proper acclimatization is important in Ladakh. Stay hydrated and avoid heavy physical activity on the first day.
- Please book your arrival flight/train to Srinagar between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and your return journey after 4:00 PM on the last day.
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road situations, safety reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Riding jackets are available in limited sizes (L/XL) and subject to availability. Guests are advised to carry their own helmets.
- Oxygen cylinder and backup vehicle support will be available during the high-altitude part of the journey.
- Bike rental services are available only for the Manali–Srinagar route, as specified in the itinerary
- Hot water is available in limited quantity and as per hotel policy.
- Any extra expenses caused by flight delays, roadblocks, landslides, bad weather, natural calamities, or similar situations will be borne by the traveller.
- Travellers aged 60 years and above must carry a doctor's fitness certificate. Children below 4 years are not allowed on this tour.
- Accommodation will be provided in the base category room of the listed hotel or a similar category property, subject to availability.
- Mobile network connectivity may be limited in remote areas of Ladakh.
- All sightseeing attractions are subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and local authority permissions.
- Power cuts may occur in remote areas; travellers are advised to carry a power bank and keep their devices charged.
- Accommodation in remote areas will be provided in homestays, camps, or standard hotels. As these are remote destinations, luxury facilities should not be expected.
- Booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made between 07 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 07 days of departure or in case of a no-show: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- No refund shall be applicable in case of no-show, unused services, early departure, or voluntary termination of the tour.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
