Your exciting Kathmandu City Tour begins with your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Upon landing, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will be holding a sign with your name and our logo. As a token of Nepali hospitality, you’ll receive a traditional Khada (a symbolic scarf used in welcoming guests).
Once greeted, you’ll be escorted to your hotel, where you can relax and refresh after your journey. In the evening, step out for a stroll through the vibrant streets of Thamel, the bustling heart of Kathmandu. Known for its lively nightlife, Thamel offers a colorful mix of shops, restaurants, and bars — perfect for exploring and soaking in the local vibe.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out for a guided sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley, covering four iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites. For those seeking an unforgettable experience, you can opt for a Mountain Flight (at an additional cost) — offering breathtaking aerial views of the majestic Himalayan range, including Mt. Everest.
Your sightseeing begins at Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), perched atop a hill and offering serene spiritual vibes alongside panoramic valley views. The site’s beauty and historic significance are sure to leave you captivated.
Next, you can choose between:
- Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur): Dive into Nepal’s royal history, admire ancient monuments, palaces, and temples, and wander the local markets filled with souvenirs.
