Winter Weather & Snowfall Policy
- Snowfall is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed during the travel dates.
- In case of heavy snowfall, road closures, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified for guest safety.
- Additional expenses for snow-chain vehicles, special transportation, extra hotel nights, or other unforeseen arrangements will be borne by the guest.
- If a destination becomes inaccessible due to heavy snowfall or road closures, no refund will be provided for the inaccessible destination. We may suggest an alternative itinerary, subject to feasibility and availability.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives in the event of weather-related disruptions.
Note: By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the above booking and cancellation terms.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund after deducting ₹1,000 as administrative and service charges.
- Cancellation between 16 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: No refund will be applicable.
- No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, transportation, or other services.
- Any non-refundable hotel, transport, or activity booking will be subject to the respective service provider's cancellation terms.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation from the relevant service providers.
