• All passengers must report 2 hours prior to departure due to security checks at the airport.
• Hotel check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is dependent upon room availability. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• In case of unavailability at the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• The company may shuffle the hotels based on availability.
• No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station or airport in Jammu; hence, our driver will coordinate with you for the same.
• No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam, except for local taxis, and the same applies in Sonmarg. The rates are highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places.
• Our cab will remain with you throughout the entire tour.
• Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. In case any services are missed due to delays in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds.
• Any complaints regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after check-out from the said hotel or houseboat. Therefore, you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same.
• Please note that until the booking amount reflects in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided.
• Guests are requested to carry post-paid SIM cards with them, as prepaid networks do not work in Kashmir.
• Guests are advised not to carry any kind of jewelry or other expensive items, as the company is not responsible for any loss.
• In case of a vehicle breakdown during the tour, travelers will have to wait for repairs or for another alternate option arranged by the company.

Travelers are solely responsible for any mishaps, theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs during the tour.

Sightseeing Tour Note:

• Please be informed that commercial & private vehicle are not allowed to do entire
  movement (sightseeing coverage of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg &
  Pahalgam due to local union restriction at these particular places. Therefore, local
  vehicle can be booked by us or directly on spot for internal mentioned places.
• Chained Vehicle From Tangmarg to Gulmarg to be booked directly on spot in case of
  heavy snow.
• Please Read other information column for rate idea at particular places.

• Cancelled Before 30 Days Of Arrival Date:20% Of Total Package Cost.
• Cancelled Before 20-30 Days Of Arrival Date: 50% Of Total Package Cost.
• Cancelled Before 10-19 Days Of Arrival Date: 70% Of Total Package Cost.Cancelled Before 10 Days Of Arrival Date:100% Of Total Package Cost.

• Booking/Confirmation from Your End
  • You are requested to send us an email with the options you wish to choose so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly.
  • Once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotels, houseboats, or resorts, we will send you an acknowledgment.
  • Please note that until the booking amount is reflected in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided.
• Payment Terms for Booking
  • To secure your reservation, you need to make 20% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the date of departure.
  • If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
  • If the guest wishes to pay through any kind of card, a 2% bank charge will apply.
  • For 4-star and 5-star properties, the full booking amount should be transferred.
