Vehicles are not permitted to pick up guests from inside the railway station or airport premises in Jammu. 

The driver shall coordinate with the guest regarding the designated pickup point.

Vehicles are not permitted to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam, and similar local restrictions may apply in Gulmarg and Sonmarg.

Visits to these locations may require local transport at additional, negotiable charges.

All confirmations shall be treated as tentative until the booking amount is received in the company’s account. 

Failure to make payment on or before the specified due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown during the tour, guests may be required to wait while repairs are completed or until an alternative arrangement is made by the company.

Travellers shall be solely responsible for any mishap, theft, loss, injury, illegal activity, possession of banned substances, or unlawful conduct during the tour.
