• The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings.
• If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent or alternative hotels.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
• Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Payment Policy:
  • In the case of credit card payments, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged over the net payable amount.
  • In the case of debit card payments, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged over the net payable amount.
  • In the case of NEFT/RTGS/online transfer, no transfer charge will be levied.
• The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, damage to passengers traveling, or any mishap, including road accidents, during the tour.
• The package, once purchased, cannot be rescheduled or changed under any circumstances.
• You are requested to pay 40% of the amount in advance to enable us to confirm your booking within 48 hours, with the remaining 60% due at the time of arrival; otherwise, your booking will be automatically released without any notification from our side.

No Retention charges for cancellations received before 30 days prior to check-in. 50% Retention Charges for cancellations received between the 30TH and the 29TH day prior to check-in. And 100% Retention Charges for cancellations received within 27 days prior to check-in. No name Amendment after confirming the booking.
