- Cancellations between 10 to 15 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date will incur a retention charge of the entire tour cost.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, or other services due to factors beyond our control.
