- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- No Show: No refund will be provided in case of failure to arrive on the scheduled date.
- Any advance booking amount paid for flights, train tickets, Gondola rides, or other third-party services will be subject to the respective service provider’s cancellation policy.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or accommodation once the tour has commenced.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather, road closures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be subject to the actual cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation of cancellation and deduction of applicable charges.
Note:Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.
