• There is no refund for unutilized services.
• Coach tickets, ferry tickets, internal flights, and sightseeing are non-refundable once issued.
• The rate of exchange will be considered on the day of final payment.
• In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. Drivers on SIC and private transfers will wait for only 10 minutes.
• Vehicles are booked as per the itinerary. Extra kilometers or rerouting incurs additional charges.
• Cooking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Violators may face heavy penalties.
• WiFi availability in hotels is generally restricted to public areas like the lobby.
• Loss of valuables or passports is not the responsibility of the agent or hotel.
• Valid ID proof is mandatory for check-in (Passport & Visa, Voter ID, or Driver’s License).
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and chargeable.
• Hotels may charge extra for room heaters or WiFi.
• Meals included in the package are served as a set buffet or fixed menu. Additional items will incur extra charges.
• Vehicle breakdowns will be managed, but delays may occur for minor repairs.
• AC will not operate in hill areas or stationary vehicles.
• Drivers will not operate in no-entry zones or narrow streets. Working hours are 10 hours; extra hours are chargeable.
• Vehicle usage is restricted to sightseeing as per itinerary. Additional sightseeing requires prior approval and may incur charges.
• Natural hazards, political unrest, and other uncontrollable circumstances may lead to program alterations or cancellations without refund.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings during the tour.
