We planned and booked japan family tour last month , though most of the things planned and decided by us because their sales staff is not efficient enough to guide you or assist you to get better options , they are unprofessional , so r to know basis documentation and what is the commitment word . I never recommend them to any traveller
More knowledgeable sales staff who have knowledge of destination well and know how to behave with their clients . They are not cultured and committed people

Trip planning was good. The hotels, the vehicles provided were in the best conditions. We had enough time to explore the locations. We particularly didn't want our trip to start by 7 in the morning and it was taken care. Thank you for that. This was our first international tour and it was great.

The excursions were very nice. The hotels and airport pickup and drops were also nice.
The hotels chosen by them could have been closer to the pickup points of the excursions.
