- The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as pandemics, flight cancellations, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., will have to be paid directly.
- Payment terms:
- 50% payment for confirmation and the balance 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date.
- If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
