We recently completed our Do Dham Yatra with Three Sixty Holidays, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best travel experiences for our family.
We were a group of 13 family members, so planning (Read More)and executing a trip of this scale—especially to destinations like Kedarnath and Badrinath during the peak season—is no easy task. From the very beginning, Three Sixty Holidays handled everything with exceptional professionalism and care.
One of our biggest priorities was having comfortable accommodation and a courteous, experienced driver who understood the needs of a family trip. We are happy to say that both expectations were met. The driver assigned to us was not only highly professional but also extremely friendly, patient, and cooperative throughout the journey, which made a huge difference to our overall experience.
A special mention goes to Prabhanshu and Harish Ji. They were the backbone of our trip and were available whenever we needed them—late nights, weekends, or during the busiest hours of the day. It never felt like we were just another customer. Every phone call was answered with patience, and every concern was treated with genuine importance.
I still remember one incident around 11 PM when we needed immediate assistance. I called Prabhanshu, he answered immediately, patiently understood the situation, and started working on resolving the issue without any hesitation.
Harish Ji deserves my heartfelt appreciation. His knowledge and experience of the Char Dham routes are remarkable. During the planning stage, he patiently explained every aspect of the journey—what to expect, how to prepare, what to pack, possible challenges, weather conditions, travel timings, and practical limitations. What impressed us the most was his honesty. There were no exaggerated promises or unrealistic commitments. He clearly explained what was possible, what was not, and how to plan accordingly. Because of this transparent approach, we started the journey with realistic expectations, and it made the entire experience much smoother.
The true character of a travel company is revealed when something goes wrong, and this is where Three Sixty Holidays exceeded every expectation.
One of our hotel stays turned out to be extremely disappointing. The hotel staff was unprofessional, rooms were not ready despite prior bookings, and the overall experience was frustrating. During the peak pilgrimage season, being stranded with 13 family members was stressful, and naturally I was quite upset when I called Prabhanshu.
Even though I was speaking out of frustration, he remained completely calm. He listened patiently without interrupting, understood every concern, and assured us that they would immediately explore every possible solution. I also spoke with Harish Ji, who simply said, "Let's first focus on solving the problem. We'll discuss everything else later." That response itself gave us confidence that we were in safe hands.
Considering it was the end of May, one of the busiest times for Char Dham travel, finding alternate accommodation for a group of 13 people at such short notice was almost impossible. Yet somehow, they managed to arrange an alternative property that was significantly better, professionally managed, and much more comfortable. They coordinated the entire shift during heavy traffic without making us feel that we were asking for too much or becoming a burden.
This single incident earned our complete trust.
I have travelled extensively with many well-known travel companies over the years, and in most cases, when problems arise, the response is usually, "Nothing can be done at such short notice." Travellers are often left to manage on their own. Three Sixty Holidays was completely different. Instead of giving excuses, they found solutions. Instead of passing responsibility, they took ownership.
We wish your entire team continued success and would happily recommend Three Sixty Holidays to anyone planning a Char Dham or any other pilgrimage. Thank you once again, from the bottom of our hearts.
