Day 1 Welcome to Haridwar/ Rishikesh - Syanchatti/ Janki Chatti Barkot
  • Pick up from Haridwar and drive to Syanchatti/Badkot.
  • Evening visit to Syanchatti village (on foot).
  • Check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Syanchatti/Barkot/Janki Chatti.
  • In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti.
  • Start your trek to Yamunotri (by walking, horse, pony, or dolly at your own expense).
  • Visit the Yamunotri temple and return trek to Jankichatti.
  • Later, drive towards Syanchatti/Jankichatti.
  • Overnight stay at Syanchatti/Jankichatti Barkot.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi.
  • Visit various attractions along the way and arrive in Uttarkashi.
  • Check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
  • After breakfast, drive to Gangotri.
  • Visit attractions along the way, including Tapt Kund (hot water spring) and Harshali village (beautiful valley).
  • Explore the Gangotri temple.
  • Drive back to Uttarkashi.

  • In the morning, after breakfast, check out from the Uttarkashi hotel.
  • Drive to Sitapur/Guptkashi.
  • Check in to your hotel.

  • Visit various waypoints and begin your trek to Kedarnath (by walking, horse, pony, or dolly at your own expense).

  • Morning visit to Kedarnath Temple for Darshan and Pooja.

  • Drive towards Haridwar Railway Station/Bus Stand.

Payment Detail:
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount for our program charge per person will be deposited at the time of program booking.
  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total amount per person (full payment) will be paid upon arrival in Haridwar.

  • During our program, if any client wishes to make changes to our fixed schedule, they must arrange for any further travel and food themselves.
  • This will only occur if the client does not wish to follow our pre-planned program, as we must make important payments before your arrival, such as hotel reservations and vehicle rentals.
  • Therefore, we ask for your cooperation; otherwise, the agent and travel manager will not be responsible for any mishaps.
  • We provide a fixed itinerary before the start of the program, and there is no possibility of making changes to it.

  • To confirm your room reservation, a 50% advance payment of the hotel booking amount is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
    • 30 days before: 10% deducted from the booking amount.
    • 15 to 29 days before: 25% deducted from the booking amount.
    • 7 to 15 days before: 50% deducted from the booking amount.
    • 0 to 7 days before check-in: full amount to be paid, no refund.
  • Cancellation at the last moment due to roadblocks, health issues, helicopter, flight, train, or any other reason will be subject to the cancellation policy. Note: Kedarnath homestay requires 100% payment one week in advance.
