Tour Notes:

• All passengers must report 2 hours before departure due to security checks at the airport.
• No hand baggage will be allowed inside the aircraft for security reasons. Only jewelry and laptops will be permitted as cabin baggage.
• The names of hotels mentioned in our offer indicate that our rates are based on the usage of these hotels. Accommodation is not confirmed at these hotels until we convey confirmation to you.
• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; otherwise, an alternative will be provided before consulting you.
• No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station or airport in Jammu; our driver will coordinate with you for the same.
• No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam except for local taxis.
• Our cab will remain with you throughout the entire tour.
• The booking will be released if advance payment is not received on or before the cutoff dates provided.
• At the time of booking confirmation, you must pay 50% of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of arrival to continue further services; failing which, services may be discontinued.
• For premium properties, you must pay 75% of the total invoice amount to hold your booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the date of arrival to reconfirm all services.
• Any complaints regarding any hotel or its service will not be entertained after checkout from the said hotel or houseboat. You are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for any issues.
• The dates mentioned above are tentative. Your booking will be processed according to your desired dates.

Important Note:

• Hotels are subject to change in case of non-availability of rooms.
• Costing will vary based on changes in hotels and night accommodations in other locations.
• All bookings will be confirmed only when the full payment of the package is deposited before check-in.
• There is no credit policy in our company as we strictly do not work on a credit basis.
• There will be 100% retention if the client wishes to change the hotel at the last moment and must pay the amount directly to the next hotel, as the company is not responsible for that and is only responsible for service problems.
• There will be no sightseeing in any ex-station like Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg by the vehicles provided by us; the client must pay directly at those locations.
• The cab provided to the client will only go to the places mentioned in the tour program, will follow rules strictly, and will not go beyond norms.
• The hotels are subject to change in Srinagar due to the non-availability of rooms without prior notice.
• The above-given packages are non-commissionable.
• Transportation and hotel rates may change based on tourist flow.
• The above-mentioned rates are subject to change if hotel and transportation rates change.
