After breakfast, set out for a full-day city tour of Gangtok. Start your day with panoramic views from Tashi View Point and spiritual visits to Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok. Continue to the colourful Flower Exhibition Centre, followed by the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom for local crafts, and the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology which houses rare Buddhist manuscripts and artefacts. Visit Do Drul Chorten, a large stupa revered by locals, and later enjoy the Ropeway ride (on direct payment) offering stunning aerial views of the town. End your day at Bakthang Falls before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and head out for a full-day excursion to the high-altitude glacial lake of Changu (Tsomgo) Lake, located 35 km from Gangtok at a height of 12,400 feet. Surrounded by rugged mountains and often shrouded in mist, the lake holds religious significance and is believed to change colours with the seasons. According to legend, lamas once predicted the future by observing the lake’s waters. Later, visit the sacred New Baba Mandir nearby, dedicated to the Indian Army soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your return journey, carrying back serene memories of Sikkim’s beauty and hospitality.
