On arrival at Rajkot, guests are warmly received and proceed by road to Junagadh, a historic city nestled at the foothills of Mount Girnar. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and begin sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Uparkot Fort, an ancient fortification offering panoramic views and housing historic stepwells like Adi Kadi Vav and Navghan Kuvo. Continue to the grand Mahabat Maqbara, known for its Indo-Islamic architecture and intricate carvings. Explore the sacred Girnar Hills (optional ropeway visit to Ambaji Temple) and Damodar Kund, an important pilgrimage site. Evening at leisure to explore local markets. Overnight stay at Junagadh.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Sasan Gir, the only natural habitat of the majestic Asiatic Lions in the world. On arrival, check in at the wildlife resort. Later, proceed for an exciting Jeep Safari at Gir National Park (subject to forest permit availability), where tourists may spot Asiatic lions, leopards, deer, antelopes, and diverse bird species. Visit the Gir Interpretation Zone at Devalia for an educational overview of the park’s biodiversity. Evening free to relax amidst nature. Overnight stay at Sasan Gir.
Early morning optional safari (at additional cost) for another opportunity to explore Gir’s wilderness. After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Tulsi Shyam, a revered temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, located within the Gir forest region. The site is famous for its natural hot water springs and serene forest surroundings. The scenic drive through dense woodland offers opportunities to experience Gir’s raw natural beauty. After breakfast, check out and drive towards Rajkot. En route, visit Gondal, a former princely state known for its royal heritage. Explore the majestic Navlakha Palace, one of the oldest palaces in Gujarat, and the impressive Vintage Car Museum, showcasing classic automobiles owned by the royal family. Continue the journey to Rajkot. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Evening free to explore local markets such as Bangdi Bazaar and enjoy authentic Kathiyawadi cuisine. Overnight stay at Rajkot.
After breakfast, proceed for Rajkot city sightseeing. Visit Kaba Gandhi No Delo, the childhood home of Mahatma Gandhi, offering insights into his early life. - Cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment terms: 50% payment for confirmation and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required by email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
