Trip to Alappuzha (Alleppey), Thekkady, Munnar, Varkala

I liked the stays provided by Them. The traveller was also good.
At munnar we faced issue with hotel.. In munnar they had booked dew drops as our stay. But there dew drops said there is no booking.. I don't know who was wrong but we suffered.. Untravelled earth arranged us another stay ,extra cost was also beared by them but our time was waste.. we didn't get our choice of hotel.

Sir it's not true that "accomodation we have promised but not delivered". We suggested deluxe room at Shillong and shared images of all Rooms and hotels Sir. You asked to take standard room in place o (Read More)f deluxe room in Shillong to reduce cost B.efore booking we told you that reduce of costing may effect the quality and service. I can share the screenshot shot of that Sir. You replied over phone that you will manage.Unfortunately after reaching Shillong you start blaming us for this. We immediately contacted to hotel Manager and requested to provide duluxe room with a discount if possible. But you stop receiving our phone Anyway thank you for your feedback and and request you to kindly tell the truth Sir.
