Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Guwahati - Kaziranga
Meet and greet by our representative at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Kaziranga National Park. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a cultural show. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early morning, enjoy an Elephant Safari at 5:00 AM. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then proceed to Dirang. En route, pass through Nameri National Park and Bhalukpong. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and visit the Dirang Monastery. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Explore local sightseeing in Dirang, including:
  • Mandala Top
  • Sangi Valley
  • Dirang Dzong
Overnight stay at the hotel in Dirang.
After breakfast, proceed to Tawang. The scenic drive passes through serpentine roads along the Kameng River and includes breathtaking landscapes.
En route:
  • Cross the Sella Pass (13,700 ft)
  • Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial (a tribute to the brave soldiers of the 1962 Indo-China War)
  • Stop by Jung Falls
  • Upon arrival in Tawang, check in at the hotel.
  • Enjoy a light and sound show at the War Memorial in the evening.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour to:

Return to Tawang and visit the famous Tawang Monastery, one of the largest in Asia. Explore:

  • An 8-meter-tall gilded statue of Buddha

  • Visit the craft center to shop for beautiful masks, handwoven carpets, tangkas, and jewelry made of silver, turquoise, coral, and amber.

In the morning, visit the Tawang local market. Later, drive back to Bomdila. En route, revisit:

Trip to Meghalaya, Cherrapunjee, Shillong, Dawki

The driver was very well behaved and was flexible to routes and places. The Bellavue Homestay was very nice where we stayed only for one day.
I had specifically mentioned to provide a view balcony for my stay in Cherapunji as here we would stay for 3 days. And this was promised to me by the agent as well. But upon reaching they gave a balcony which had a building next to it and no view was provided. On confronting the agent she told we have promised a building view to you. Is this even logical? What is a building view? When a customer a (Read More)sks for a view balcony that means he is looking for a balcony from where beautiful scenes could be seen not a building that to a narrow passage of the building.

Trip to Tawang, Bomdila

Driver was helpful and honest.
Very Poor experience. Agent Sanjana Chakraborty from Asian Holidays had no idea of the locations. She did not communicate hotel addresses to driver. We kept spending hours in searching our stay at each location. Driver was also not knowing view points and was asking locals or searching google. Agent Sanjana committed multiple features while booking but did not meet most of them. She was not aware (Read More)that Guwahati Ropeway does not operate on Thursday and checked on last day. Maa Kamakhya temple VIP pass was also not arranged by her.

I had a trip recently to Thailand alongwirh my family through Asian Holidays and expedition. We had a wonderful time. The itinerary was well planned. Transportation arranged was very good. Accommodation was also good. The agency has taken care in making our stay safe n comfortable because wherever we were we felt comfortable and secure.Overall experience was good with the tour Agency.
However, the hotel given in Krabi I.e. Ayodhyaya hotel is not upto the mark . The hotel felt eerie and not welcoming. And the package price is slightly on the higher side.
