Day 1 Arrival at Budapest
- Upon arrival at Budapest International Airport, a representative will assist with a private transfer to the hotel.
- Check in to the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure.
- Evening: Danube River Cruise.
- Overnight stay in Budapest.
Day 2 Budapest City Tour & Thermal Baths
- After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a Budapest City Tour, including a visit to the Széchenyi Baths' thermal pools.
- Spend the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Travel to Vienna
- After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Vienna by train.
- Check into the hotel and spend the day at leisure, or optionally enjoy a Mozart and Strauss concert.
- Overnight stay in Vienna.
Day 4 Vienna City Tour & Schönbrunn Palace
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
- Participate in a Vienna City Tour, including entry tickets to Schönbrunn Palace.
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 Travel to Prague
- After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Prague by train.
- Check in to the hotel and spend the day at Charles Bridge and the surrounding area. Optional: evening Vltava River cruise.
- Overnight stay in Prague.
Day 6 Prague - City of a Hundred Spires
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will receive transfers from the hotel to Prague, the City of a Hundred Spires.
- Visit St. Vitus Cathedral.
- Enjoy a guided tour of the Jewish Quarter, Lesser Town, and Old Town.
- Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 Departure

Important Notes:
- 30% deposit of the land package at the time of confirmation.
- Full advance payment for airline tickets/train tickets at the time of confirmation.
- 50% of the ground services amount due 45 days before the travel date.
- 20% remaining payment due 21 days before departure.
Booking and Registration Policy:
- A 30% deposit per person for any international or domestic travel is required to process any booking.
- The balance will be as per the payment terms and conditions stated above.
- A copy of the client's PAN card is mandatory for any booking.
Important Notes:
- This is an individual itinerary designed specifically for the given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in the total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
- This is the proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may vary at the time of confirmation.
- If the mentioned hotels are not available, similar hotels will be booked.
- If the mentioned flight rates are not available, alternative flights will be suggested, and the difference in price must be borne by the clients.
- The cost of the airline ticket is quoted for a specific class of the specified airlines. If we are unable to procure the seat in the same class, we will attempt to secure a higher class, and the difference will be communicated to you post-booking.
- Any increase in the rate of USD, EUR, GBP, or CHF (Swiss Franc) shall be borne by the traveler.
- All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel conducted by the company and any claims arising thereunder shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
- Any increase or decrease in airport taxes will be charged as per actual.
- Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
- All local trains and local flights are included in the package as per the date. The traveler will pay any difference at the time of payment.
- Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we provide final confirmation of the tour.
- The services are subject to availability at the time of booking. If any service is unavailable at the time of booking, the same shall be booked for an alternate time, or the price for the services will be refunded.
- Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity; any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
- Final handover (hotel vouchers, air tickets, passports, etc.) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment.
- Modes of payment can include credit card, cash (up to INR 195,000), cheque, bank deposit, or online transfer. If the travel date is within 14 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in cash, bank transfers, UPI, or credit card only.
- Charges may apply for credit card payments.
- Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and the sole discretion of the hotel.
- No changes will be made after handing over all travel documents related to the confirmed package.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to passports during the tour.
- If the trip is canceled due to any force majeure or natural calamity, regular cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
- All travel protocols, RTPCR rules, and quarantine rules must be verified by the traveler. The company will not be responsible for any rule changes that may affect travel.
- TCS 5% is mandatory for all international travel.

Throughout your stay, our team remained available on WhatsApp and call for every query and assistance you needed.
Regarding boat ride or parasailing, these activities were not booked through us. They were your self-booked services, and we only arranged the island tour, which went smoothly as planned.
We also helped you secure the helicopter ride, which was fully unavailable everywhere else, but we still managed to arrange it specially for you.
