• Please ensure your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel, which is required for traveling outside India. The 6-month validity should be calculated from your expected return date from your selected foreign destination. DO NOT PROCEED WITH BOOKING IN THE ABSENCE OF 6 MONTHS VALIDITY.
• Clients must abide by any changes in visa regulations (visa fees, processing time, visa rejection for any reason) made by the government, consulates, or visa processing agencies. We will not be held responsible for these changes, and guests must bear the full cost of such changes.
  • Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and checkout time at the hotel is 12:00 noon.
  • The above rates are calculated based on the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. If any of the quoted hotels are fully booked, we will change the hotels or tour plan without your permission and will try for the next best similar hotel available.
  • We have our own professional mechanism to check the quality of hotels in each category. We suggest you check websites, reviews, features, and location of the hotels mentioned to ensure they meet your expectations before confirming.
  • During the journey, if someone asks for extra money for any of the services included in the package, please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our permission.
  • Images shown may differ from the actual.
  • Any activity and entrance ticket not mentioned in inclusions will be considered exclusions, and guests will have to pay for them while traveling to the particular places.
  • For extra persons included in the tour cost, we will provide an extra bed/mattress/rollaway bed only.
  • A service charge of Rs. 5,000 per person will apply for creating and customizing the itinerary.
  • After receiving confirmation of payment, if prices fluctuate from the time of booking until the hotel is booked, the traveler will have to bear the amount of fluctuation.
  • We are not responsible or liable for any kind of cancellation, modification, or rescheduling that occurs in the holiday package due to cancellations or rescheduling of airlines, climate factors, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, riots, government decisions, or any other reasons.
  • All complimentary services provided in the itinerary are subject to availability and are not claimable in kind or cash.
  • Late payment fees of Rs. 200 per person per day will be applicable from the due date.
  • We reserve the right to change the airline or travel date at any point before the departure of the tour; alternate options will be advised in case this happens.

  • The third person sharing the room will be provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed.
  • Hotel standard check-in time is 14:00 hours; early check-in will be subject to availability.
  • Check-out time at the hotel is 12:00 hours. If your flight is in the evening, we request you to deposit your luggage at the hotel lobby and leave your room before the check-out time.
  • The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond the control of the company.
  • Children aged 12 or above will be considered adults.
  • The cost is based on current government and airline taxes, and any increase in the same in the future will be collected as per actual.
  • The above-given rates are valid only for Indian nationals.
  • The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. If the itinerary changes on the ground, travelers must follow the itinerary received by them on the ground.
  • Travel insurance is strongly advised during travel. In case of any casualty during the trip for any reason, we shall not be responsible or liable for any resulting claims.
  • Entry fees to monuments, sanctuaries, museums, activities, etc., have not been included in the package.
  • The above day-wise itinerary is only a suggested plan as the car is on a disposal basis. Note that video and audio systems are prohibited in commercial vehicles as per law, and we do not guarantee those facilities.
  • We do not accept any amendments or cancellations for running packages.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours before the departure of the flight. In some airlines, food and beverages are chargeable.
  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Web check-in is not possible in our packages.
  • Transfers and sightseeing tours are as per the itinerary given.
  • The request for an adjacent or adjoining room will be subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry proof of age for children (ages 2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents. Children above 11 years will be considered for adult costs.
  • Airfare is subject to availability if included and can increase at the time of final confirmation. In airlines, no seat is provided to an infant.
  • Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel at the time of check-in.
  • The number of meals corresponds to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • No one has the right to interpret or assume the package services and inclusions mentioned in the quotation. As the final service provider, we reserve the sole right to interpret the language of services mentioned in the inclusions/quotation, which cannot be challenged by anyone on legal grounds.
  • For early check-in and late check-out, payment must be settled directly by the guest.
  • The hotel has the right to claim damages incurred by any of the guests. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Proper swimwear is necessary to avail of the swimming pool facility.
  • There will be no change in the product after confirming the package, and if required, a charge of Rs. 5,000 will apply for customization.
  • The final itinerary may change from the quoted itinerary, but the inclusions will remain the same.
  • The cost of additional services availed by the guest that are not part of our package inclusions must be settled directly at the hotel.
  • The mini bar facility available in the hotels is chargeable.
  • Buffet meals, if included, will be provided at a fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings: Breakfast: 08:00-10:00 hours; Lunch: 13:00-15:00 hours; Dinner: 19:30-22:00 hours, but these may vary from hotel to hotel. We kindly request you to check the exact buffet timings at the time of check-in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over, the hotel may ask you to pay for your meals.
