- Air conditioning will not work in hilly areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
- The vehicle will run only to the point allowed in a particular destination. If guests wish to travel/visit beyond that point, they will have to arrange local transport themselves.
- If a gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory at the opted hotel, the cost will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel's policy.
- The package can be altered or changed as per the customer?s requirements or interests if possible (subject to availability).
- Check-out time at the hotel is 10:00 AM. Check-in time is 12:00 noon (early check-in is subject to availability).
- In case the client is carrying any valuable personal goods, it is advisable not to leave them behind when disembarking or leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable for the loss of such items from the coach.
- All baggage and personal goods are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the client, including all permit arrangements, driver allowances, parking, special permits, fees, etc. All transfers and sightseeing are on a private basis. Permits (if applicable) and applicable taxes are included.
