Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Chandigarh to Shimla

On arrival at the airport or railway station, meet our representative.
Drive to Shimla (approximately 110 km, 4 hours).
Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Shimla – Kufri & Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Kufri and local Shimla.
Visit the following attractions:

Green Valley
Faggu Valley View
Indira Gandhi Tourist Park
Fun World

In the afternoon, visit Jakhoo Temple.
Explore local Shimla, including:

The Ridge
Christ Church
Scandal Point
The Wooden Market
Kali Bari Temple

Day 3 Shimla to Manali via Mandi & Kullu

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Drive to Manali.

Day 6 Manali to Chandigarh Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Drive back to Chandigarh (approximately 250 km, 8 hours).

Package Policies

Welcome drinks upon arrival.
Morning tea, five breakfasts, and five dinners included.
Two nights of hotel accommodation in Shimla.
Three nights of hotel accommodation in Manali.
01 room on double sharing.
All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary by private cab.
Taxes included (toll tax, parking fee, green tax, driver and fuel expenses, etc.).

Room heater charges (additional cost).
Guide charges, camera fees, and monument fees.
Entry fees for all tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
All activities are at your own cost.
All personal expenses and optional tours not included in the itinerary.
Extra charges for repeat destinations.
Atal Tunnel and Rohtang Pass (additional cost, subject to weather conditions and permission).

This tour package includes a 6-day itinerary covering Shimla, Kufri, Manali, and Solang Valley, along with accommodation, meals, and sightseeing.
Air conditioning will not function in hilly areas.
During your trip, please bring a valid form of identification (Aadhar card, voter card, or driving license) with you.
Check-in and check-out times at most hotels are at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively.
Rooms are subject to availability in hotels; base-category rooms will be reserved in all packages.
The guest is required to settle payments directly with the hotel for early check-in and late check-out.
Meal timings must be followed as per the hotel's instructions; we shall not be responsible for any unavailable meals.
If there are multiple pickups and drops, please inform us before booking, as pickups and drops will only be at one point.
In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, accommodations will be provided in similar category hotels.
We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, illness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any other incidents.
In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate with this policy.
The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative accommodations.
No refunds will be issued due to bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
Cab charges will be calculated based on your itinerary; if you arrive at the airport or railway station after 12:00 PM on the last day, you will incur additional charges.

Booking & Payment Policy

Pay 20% of the total amount as an advance to confirm the package.
Pay 40% of the total package as a second installment.
Pay the remaining balance during the trip according to the details provided.
The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for another trip.
Note: Guests who book hotels of a higher category must pay 50% of the booking amount for confirmation.
It is important to note that the company will not be responsible for transfers of money to an employee's personal account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees for land packages and/or services are as follows:

30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.
30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost.
20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the tour cost.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refund.

The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for another trip.
For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy advised at the time of booking.
Deposits on tours with special offers are non-refundable.

You are rating 1 star here and adding Pros NOTHING Cons EVERYTHING, So if you really faced issues in the trip just mention here, your (Read More)trip was gone very smoothly from first day to last day and we have booked above 3 star hotels as we mentioned on the itinerary at the end, and cut our balance payment 1840/- even though we didn't ask for that remaining amount, Because there was a sightseeing that was mistakenly mentioned by our sales executive, even though we mailed you and Holidify was on CC, your trip was exactly finished according to that mail. Customers like you if small issues faced ready to put reviews even after taking all services we would suggest you better to explain particular reasons.

Sorry to say this but your review didn’t affect us negatively but helped us to improve further.

We had an amazing, perfectly organized trip with Royal Adventure Tours. Every detail—from the seamless transfers to the comfortable hotels—was handled professionally, and special thanks to our guide, Monica, for ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a completely stress-free experience, and we highly recommend them for a memorable, hassle-free holiday!

Our only minor complaint was at one hotel, where the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food sections were not placed well, causing some confusion.

We recently booked family tour to Dharmashala- Dalhousie-Amritsar through Royal Adventure Tours, it was memorable vaccation for us.
