Detailed Itinerary
- Upon arrival at Haridwar or Dehradun, you will be greeted and assisted for your onward journey to Barkot.
- Enjoy a scenic drive through the hills, covering approximately 220 km (8–9 hours).
- Upon arrival, check in to your hotel.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.
Early morning drive to Jankichatti, the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri. You may opt for trek, pony, or palki (at own cost). On arrival, perform Yamunotri Darshan and seek blessings. Later, trek back to Jankichatti and drive to Barkot.
Overnight stay in Barkot.
After breakfast, proceed towards Uttarkashi, covering approximately 140 km (7 hours). Enjoy beautiful scenic viewsalong the route. On arrival, check in to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Early morning departure for a day excursion to Gangotri. On arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred River Ganga and perform Gangotri Darshan. Later, drive back to Uttarkashi by evening.

After breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi, covering approximately 220 km (9–10 hours) through scenic mountain roads. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.

Early morning proceed for Kedarnath Ji. Pilgrims may choose to travel by helicopter or via trek/pony/palki (as per preference, at own cost). On arrival, perform Kedarnath Ji Darshan and seek divine blessings. Later, return to Guptkashi.

Guptkashi – Kedarnath Ji – Guptkashi (Buffer / Rest Day)
This day is kept as a buffer or rest day. If Kedarnath Ji Darshan could not be completed earlier due to weather or operational reasons, it will be covered today. Otherwise, the day is free for rest and acclimatization in Guptkashi.
Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Guptkashi – Badrinath Ji (via Chopta / Mana, subject to time)
After breakfast, proceed towards Badrinath Ji, driving through scenic routes via Chopta or Mana (if time permits). On arrival, check in to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Badrinath.
After performing Badrinath Ji Darshan, proceed towards Rudraprayag or Srinagar, covering approximately 160 km (7 hours). Enjoy the scenic mountain views along the way.
Overnight stay in Rudraprayag / Srinagar.
After breakfast, drive towards Haridwar or Dehradun, covering approximately 180–220 km. On arrival, you will be dropped at the railway station or airport for your onward journey.

- Accommodation in the specified or similar hotels (double/triple sharing).
- Meals: MAP (Breakfast and Dinner) except in Kedarnath (EP – basic).
- Private air-conditioned vehicle (as selected) with driver, including fuel, tolls, parking, and allowances.
- All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Local assistance and darshan guidance (where possible).
- Pony/helicopter charges for Yamunotri/Kedarnath (extra and weather-dependent).
- Personal expenses, tips, insurance, and entry fees.
- Any items not mentioned in the inclusions.
- GST (extra as applicable).
- Roads typically open by late April:
- Yamunotri/Gangotri: approximately April 19
- Kedarnath: approximately April 22
- Badrinath: approximately April 23–24
- Book early: peak season (May–June) experiences high demand and price increases.
- Health: Carry necessary medications, stay hydrated, and acclimatize to high altitude.
- Flexible options: Customizations available for seniors, helicopter services can be added, or stays can be extended.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to us. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after the deduction of charges.
- No refunds will be issued for "no show" or partially unutilized services.
- Cancellation Charges (Per Person / Total Package Cost):
- More than 45 days before the departure date: 10% of the total package cost (administrative and processing fee only).
- 30–45 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost (covers advance bookings for hotels and vehicles).
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost (major vendor commitments such as guest houses and pony/helicopter slots if booked).
- Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% of the total package cost (non-refundable – full retention due to fixed arrangements).
