Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Start from Varanasi to Prayagraj (122 km; 2.5-3 hr) To Ayodhya (165 km; 3-4 hr Approx.)
- Your spiritual journey begins with a pickup from Varanasi Railway Station or Airport.
- Drive towards Prayagraj, where you can witness the sacred Triveni Sangam?the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers.
- Continue the journey to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram.
- Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.

Day 2 Travel from Ayodhya to Haridwar (11hr hours / 600 kms
- After an early breakfast, depart for Haridwar.
- Enjoy a scenic drive through Uttar Pradesh into Uttarakhand.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
- If time permits, attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.

Day 3 Haridwar to Barkot
- After breakfast, begin your drive towards Barkot via Mussoorie and Kempty Falls (optional stop).
- The route offers spectacular mountain scenery, rivers, and forests.
- Reach Barkot by evening and check in to the hotel.

Day 4 Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Barkot
- Early morning drive to Janki Chatti, the base point for the Yamunotri trek.
- Trek to Yamunotri Temple or hire a pony/palki at your own expense.
- Take a holy dip in Surya Kund and seek the blessings of Goddess Yamuna before returning to Barkot.

Day 5 Barkot – Uttarkashi
- After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a peaceful town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River.
- Visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
- Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 6 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
- Early morning drive to Gangotri.
- Enjoy breathtaking views of the Bhagirathi River and Himalayan landscapes en route.
- Take a holy dip in the sacred river before offering prayers at Gangotri Temple.
- Return to Uttarkashi by evening.

Day 7 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi
- After breakfast, proceed to Guptkashi via beautiful mountain roads and river valleys.

Day 8 Guptkashi to Kedarnath
- Early morning drive to Sonprayag, followed by a local shuttle to Gaurikund.
- Begin the trek to Kedarnath Temple. Pilgrims may also opt for helicopter services (subject to availability and at an additional cost).
- Upon arrival, attend evening prayers at the temple.

Day 9 Kedarnath To Badrinath
- After early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, return to Gaurikund and drive towards Badrinath.

Day 10 Badrinath to Rudraprayag
- Visit Badrinath Temple early in the morning

Day 11 Rudraprayag to Rishikesh
- After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh.
- En route, enjoy scenic views of the Alaknanda and Ganga rivers.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

- Evening free time for shopping or Ganga Aarti, and Laxman Jhula visit (Optional Adventure)

Day 12 Rishikesh to Varanasi (Drive Distance: 850 km Time: 11–12 Hours)
- After breakfast, begin your return journey to Varanasi.
- Arrive by evening and check in to your hotel.

Package Policies
- Transportation: Round-trip travel from the starting city (e.g., Varanasi/Delhi) using a 25 seater bus, including fuel, tolls, and driver allowances.
- Accommodation: Standard hotel or guesthouse stays on a twin/triple-sharing basis throughout the route.
- Sightseeing
- Meals: Fixed vegetarian breakfast and dinner (often called MAP plan) provided at the hotels.
- Permits & Registrations: Many tour operators handle the mandatory biometric registration and vehicle permits on your behalf.
- Tour Assistance: On-ground coordination and basic guidance by a tour manager.
- Basic Exclusions Trek & Upliftment Costs: Ponies, palkis (palanquins), and porter services for the Kedarnath and Yamunotri treks.
- Helicopter Charges: The optional chopper rides for Kedarnath (usually ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000) are not included.
- Lunches & Snacks: Lunch, en-route refreshments, and bottled water must be purchased out-of-pocket.
- Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, room heaters, tips, and personal shopping.
- Insurance & Medical: Personal travel insurance, medical emergency costs, and health cover.
- VIP Darshan: Entry tickets to local sightseeing spots or VIP/Special Darshan passes at the shrines.
- Registration Charges are non-refundable
- If cancellations are made within 7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- In case of a Lockdown in the destination place, a credit shell will be released, you can use it in future bookings, after the deduction of IRCTC/ Airline Cancellation Charges.
- If cancel 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
