Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Haridwar – Barkot

In the morning, depart for Barkot, located at the foot of Yamunotri. Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempty Falls on the way. Upon arrival at Barkot, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hill) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.

After breakfast, depart for Hanumanchatti (40 Km) and Janki Chatti (8 km). From here, begin the trek to Yamunotri (5 Km trek). You can hire a doli or a horse for your trek (cost not included). The trek passes through a lush green valley. Upon arrival in Yamunotri, take a holy dip in the Yamuna River and perform Pooja. Return to Barkot for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Early morning breakfast at the hotel and drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges and visit the Gangotri Temple. After performing Pooja, drive back to Uttarkashi for dinner and overnight stay.

After early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Phata. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore Guptkashi town. Dinner and overnight stay in Phata hotel.

Early morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. Start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. Upon arrival, check in at Govt. Camps/Tent/Ashram/Dham. Dinner and overnight at the accommodation.

Early morning, visit the temple for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Later, start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. Drive back to your hotel in Phata for dinner and overnight stay.

Check out of the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. After some rest, visit Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning, after a bath in the Taptkund, have darshan of Badrivishal. Visit nearby sightseeing spots before driving back to Haridwar. Complete your spiritual journey with blessings.

The Char Dham Yatra is a pilgrimage to four holy sites – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath – located in the Himalayas. This journey is considered sacred and is undertaken by devotees throughout the year.

  • 70% refundable (except 30% handling and service charges) if canceled 30 days prior to departure
  • 40% of the total tour cost or initial deposit amount (whichever is higher) if canceled 29-15 days prior to departure
  • Non-refundable if canceled 14 days or less prior to departure or in case of a 'No Show'
