- The Retention Amount varies based on the number of days remaining before your package start date.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
- KINDLY NOTE: The cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the policies of the respective hotels.
- During peak season, some hotels may charge a 100% cancellation fee.
- Refunds typically take 10 working days to process after the cancellation request has been submitted and transferred electronically to your bank account.
